In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) between the Member States of CARICOM executed by the same on 4th February, 2002 the text of which is set out in the Schedule to this Act; and “Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for standards and meteorology is assigned. have the force of law.
