Exemption from liability in respect of Crown ships, etc

(1) Section 4 shall not extend to impose any liability on the Crown in respect of any act or omission relating to any ship, dock, canal, harbour or conservancy belonging to Her Majesty in right of Her Government of Belize. (2) This section shall continue in force until such date as the Minister may by proclamation appoint, and thereafter shall cease to have any effect whatever.
