Delegation of functions

The Minister hereby delegates to the Minister of State appointed to assist him, the exercise of powers and performance of functions conferred upon the Minister under sections 6, 8(3) and (4), 14, 16 and 17 of the Act (which provisions relate to the Refugee Eligibility Committee, recognition of refugees, non- return from Belize of vulnerable refugees, the making of regulations and other matters).
