Expulsion of recognised refugees and protected persons

(1) Subject to section 14, nothing contained in this Act shall affect the power of the Minister or the court to order the detention or deportation of undesirable persons, including recognised refugees and protected persons, under the provisions of the Aliens Act, or the Deportation (British Subjects) Act. (2) Every refugee or protected person who is the subject of a detention or deportation order pursuant to sub-section (1), 17 shall have the right of appeal as provided in the Acts mentioned therein.
