Fees

A person to whom a certificate is granted under these Regulations shall pay a fee according to the rates specified and in the manner set out in Schedule II, Schedule II. provided that the Minister may, in order to alleviate genuine hardship, waive or reduce the specified fees in the case of a person who has been continuously residing in Belize for a period of ten years or more immediately preceding the date of his application.
