Declaration of retention

(1) A declaration of retention of citizenship under section 8 of the Act, shall, as far as possible be in accordance with Form F set out in Schedule I hereto, and shall be sent to the Minister. (2) The declaration referred to in paragraph (1) shall be supported by affidavit.
