Declaration of renunciation

(1) A declaration of renunciation of citizenship, under section 18 of the Act, shall as far as possible be in accordance with Form E set out in Schedule I hereto, and shall be sent to the Minister. (2) The declaration referred to in paragraph (1) shall be supported by affidavit. CAP. 161. Schedule I.
