All registers kept and returns of aliens furnished in pursuance of section 9 of the Aliens Immigration and Registration Act by keepers of premises to which the section 9 applies shall be in the form as set out in Form 2 of the Schedule hereto. NOTICE TO THE HOLDER OF THIS CERTIFICATE (1) Where any alien registered under the provisions of this Act proposes to change his place of residence he shall– (a) inform the registration officer of the district in which he has residence of his intention to change the place of his residence. (b) state the date of the proposed change and state the address at which he proposed to reside after such change. (2) Where such an alien changes his place of residence he shall, within seven days after such change, report the change and produce his certificate of registration as an alien at the office of the registration officer of the district in which he has place of residence as aforesaid, and if required so to do by such registration officer, he shall report to such registration officer.
