Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Agreement” means the agreement establishing the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute, the text of which is set out in the Schedule hereto; “Government” means the Government of Belize; “Minister” means the Minister responsible for Agriculture.
