Commencement of Act No. 12 of 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 27 of the Finance and Audit (Reform) Act 2005, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID W. MUSA, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 18th day of April , 2005, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force save and except section 23 of the said Act, which shall come into force on a day to be appointed by an Order published in the Gazette. 2005.
