Financial Secretary to ensure compliance with the Regulations
Fiscal Transparency And Responsibility Regulations, reg. 41 · Revised Edition 2020
It shall be the responsibility of the Financial Secretary to ensure that all reports and statements required by these Regulations are prepared by the due dates and submitted to the Minister for presentation to the National Assembly.
