Documents to be accompanied by a statement of responsibility

All reports and statements presented by the Minister to the National Assembly under these Regulations shall be accompanied by a statement of responsibility signed by the Minister which shall affirm that all policy decisions with material economic or fiscal implications made by the Government before the day on which the statement or report was finalised, and all other circumstances with material economic or fiscal implications of which the Government was aware before that day, have been duly taken into account, and that the information and data have been prepared and reported in strict conformity with these Regulations.
