Time for availability of documents

(1) Unless otherwise provided, the Minister shall ensure that copies of the documents described in these Regulations are made available for inspection or purchase no more than three months after such documents are presented to the National Assembly and that they remain available for at least four years from the date of publication. (2) Copies of all such documents shall also be made available on the Government internet website.
