Power of the Financial Secretary to obtain requisite information

The Financial Secretary shall have power to require the production of any relevant Government documents required to enable the Government to meet its obligations as set out in these Regulations. The Financial Secretary may make such requests in writing or otherwise as appropriate, and shall specify the date and manner by which such information shall be produced. The date for the production of information shall be reasonable having regard to the deadlines for the production of reports and statements required by these Regulations.
