Fiscal reports

(1) It shall be the duty of the Minister, for each fiscal year, to lay before the National Assembly for consideration and debate the following Reports to ensure consistency with the Fiscal Strategy Statement as described in Part 3– (a) the Fiscal Outlook and Mid-year Review (b) a Final Budget Outcome Report.
