Section 14

The Ministry of Finance shall, by circular, from time to time notify Accounting Officers of any tender awarded for the supply of stores in regular demand e.g. fuel, cement, flour, and Accounting Officers shall thereafter make all purchases of stores so notified in accordance with that award.
