Section 10

Subject to any list of discrepancies agreed between the incoming officer and the outgoing officer (or the other departmental officer where the outgoing officer is not available) the “taken over” certificate by the incoming officer in the relevant stores ledger or inventory shall be conclusive evidence that responsibility for the stores shown in the ledger or inventory passed to the incoming officer.
