Power of Minister to allow expenses

Where an expulsion order is made in the case of any alien, the Minister may if he thinks fit direct the payment from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the whole or any part of the expenses of or incidental to the departure from Belize and maintenance until departure of the alien and his dependents, if any.
