Summary disposal of offences

Aliens Act same manner as if an indictment had been filed in the Supreme Court against the appellant. CAP. 98. CAP. 99. 10. All offences under this Part shall be dealt with summarily and in accordance with the Jurisdiction(Offences) Act and Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act by the magistrate of the district in which the offence is committed or in which the alien lives, or is found.
