Commencement of Act No. 18 of 2012

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 5 of the Statistical Institute of Belize (Amendment) Act, (No. 18 of 2012), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DEAN O. This Order may be cited as the(AUTHORIZATION OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION) ORDER. 2. The Director-General hereby authorizes the disclosure of the following types of information collected by the Statistical Institute of Belize, in relation to businesses– (a) business name; (b) business owner's name; (c) business address; (d) telephone number of business; (e) number of employees; (f) services provided; and (g) products produced, manufactured, processed, transported, stored, purchased, or sold.
