Annual reports

(1) The Institute shall, not later than six months from the end of the financial year ending on the 31st March of each year, submit to the Minister a report for the preceding financial year containing– (a) a balance sheet and a complete statement of profits and losses duly audited; and (b) the report of the auditor. (2) The Minister shall lay the report at the table of the House of Representatives at the next sitting of that House held after the Minister receives the report.
