Alteration or addition of name in register of births after registration $ 3.00 Power of Registrar. 2A. Notwithstanding the fees prescribed in rule 2, where in the opinion of the Registrar, an application for any service is supported by exceptional circumstances, including indigence, the Registrar may charge a minimum fee of $4.00. 3.
