Monthly returns of births and deaths to be furnished

As soon as practicable after the last day of each month, every district Registrar shall forward to the Solicitor General, in such form as the Minister under any rules to be made under section 45 may prescribe, a return of all births and deaths which have occurred in his district during such month.
