Registration of death after twelve months, how effected

After the expiration of twelve months next after any death, or next after the finding of any dead body, the death shall not be registered, except under the written authority of the Solicitor General or the Registrar of the district, and the fact of such authority having been given shall be entered in the register. Schedule VI.
