Death on board ship on the territorial waters not in a district

Where a death occurs in or upon any ship on the territorial waters of Belize and not in any district, the master of the ship, or other officer or person in charge thereof, shall without delay report to the nearest Registrar such of the particulars required to be registered concerning the death as come to his knowledge, and the Registrar shall cause a correct entry of the same to be made in the register.
