Child born on board vessel upon territorial waters not in a district

Whenever a child is born on board any vessel upon the territorial waters of Belize and not in any district, the parent and, in default of the parent, the person having charge of the child shall, within forty-two days next after the birth, report, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the particulars required to be registered concerning the birth to the nearest Registrar, who shall cause a correct entry of the same to be made in the register.
