Prohibited immigrants
Immigration (Communicable Disease And Prohibited Immigrants) Regulations,, reg. 3 · Revised Edition 2020
A person is rendered a prohibited immigrant, and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act, if–
(a) that person is afflicted with the communicable disease prescribed under regulation 2; or
(b) that person comes from or travelled to the People's Republic of China within 14 days prior to arriving in Belize.
MADE by the Minister responsible for immigration this 10th day of February, 2020.
