Excursionists

The Director of Immigration may grant permission to the organiser of an excursion party to bring to and take out of Belize a party of excursionists without passports or travel documents, 9 provided that the organiser submits to the immigration officer at the place of entry a list in duplicate of all the persons on such excursion and undertakes, at the expiration of their visit, to repatriate all persons on the excursion who do not belong to Belize.
