Prohibition of entry by prohibited immigrant

Except as otherwise specially provided by this Act, no prohibited immigrant shall enter Belize, and an immigration officer shall cause a prohibited immigrant entering or found within Belize (having entered after the commencement of and in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act) to be removed therefrom in the manner hereinafter provided.
