Student’s permit

(1) A student’s permit may be granted by the Director to any person who satisfies him that he has been accepted as a student by any training establishment in Belize and that suitable arrangements have been made for his accommodation whilst in (2) A student’s permit shall entitle the holder to enter Belize within the period stated in the permit and to remain therein for such period as is stated in the permit. (3) The Director may cancel a student’s permit, if the person to whom such permit was issued fails to enter and undergo training in the training establishment for which he has been accepted, or having entered such training establishment, fails to remain or to be retained as a student therein.
