Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires“Census day” means the 12th day of May, 2010; “Census forms” means forms issued by the Census Officer for the recording of census information; “Census information” means all particulars required under the Census Order, 2010, to be stated in the Census returns; “Census night” has the meaning assigned to it in the Census Order, 2010; “Order” means the Census Order, 2010 and any amendments thereto; CAP. 155. “the Act”’ means the Census Act.”
