Livestock pens and driveways

– (a) Animal pens, driveways and ramps shall be maintained in good repair and shall be kept free of pain producing objects. Slaughter of Animals 9 (b) Animal pens and driveways shall be so constructed and arranged that sharp corners and direction reversal of driven animals are avoided. (c) The floors of animal pens, ramps and driveways shall be constructed with slip resistant surfaces so as to provide good footing for the animals.
