Designated areas

It is hereby ordered that the provisions of the Slaughter of Animals Act shall from the date hereof apply to the areas hereinafter describedALL THOSE two parcels of land situate South of the Hanger at the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport on the Eastern and Western sides of a road reserve 40 feet wide leading to the Belize River and shown coloured blue on a plan of a survey recorded at the General Registry at Folio 7 (Lease Fiat No. 112 of 1969) in Crown Land Book (Plans), Plans Book No. 21 and bounded as follows– (1) FIRSTLY, ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND comprising 10 acres 1 rood 25 poles on the Western side of the aforementioned road reserve starting from a concrete pillar at the North Eastern corner of the said property– (a) thence on a bearing of S. 2º 30’ 00” East for a distance of 357.05 feet to a concrete pillar along the Western side of the aforementioned road reserve; (b) thence on a bearing of S. 82º 55’' 21” West for a distance of 311.51 feet to a concrete pillar; Slaughter of Animals 5 (c) thence on a bearing of S. 3º 33’ 00” West for a distance of 830.24 feet to a concrete pillar; (d) thence on a bearing of S. 86º 17’ 33” West for a distance of 331. 10 feet to a concrete pillar near the Northern bank of the Belize River; (e) thence on a bearing of N. 4º 00’ 50” East for a distance of 834.43 feet to a concrete pillar; (f) thence on a bearing of N. 45º 36’ 40” East for a distance of 154.00 feet to a concrete pillar along a road reserve on the North Western side of the said property; (g) thence on a bearing of N. 25º 34’ 55” East for a distance of 170.00 feet to a wooden post along the said road reserve; (h) thence on a bearing of N. 14º 24’ 50” East for a distance of 177.17 feet to a concrete pillar along the said road reserve; (i) thence on a bearing of S. 75º 25’ 20” East for a distance of 151.55 feet to a concrete pillar; (j) thence on a bearing of N. 85º 41’ 40” East for a distance of 243.55 feet to the starting point. (2) SECONDLY ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND comprising 3 acres 1 rood 34 poles on the Eastern side of the road reserve 40 feet wide leading to the Belize River, starting from a concrete pillar at the North Western corner of the said property; (a) thence on a bearing of N. 85º 41’ 40” East for a distance of 420.07 feet to a concrete pillar; 6 Slaughter of Animals (b) thence on a bearing of S. 2º 29’ 21” East for a distance of 361.44 feet to a concrete pillar; (c) thence on a bearing of S. 86º 14’ 34” West for a distance of 419.91 feet to a concrete pillar on the Eastern side of the 40 feet road reserve; (d) thence on a bearing of N. 2º 30’ 00” West for a distance of 354.93 feet to the starting point.
