Offences and penalties

Rabies Control (Belize City) Regulations, reg. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

Every person who contravenes Regulation 2 is guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months.
