Replacement of licences or badges lost or destroyed

If a dog licence or licensing badge is lost or destroyed, the person to whom it was issued shall, on making a statutory declaration to that effect and paying a fee of one dollar, be entitled to obtain a certified copy of his dog licence or another 7 licensing badge, as the case may be, from the authority which issued his dog licence.
