Exclusion of certain activities
Gaming Control (Online Gaming) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Nothing in regulation 4 applies to–
(a) premises licensed as gaming premises pursuant to the Act;
CAP.151.
(b) any activity connected with the organization,
management or promotion of a lottery licensed in accordance with the Lotteries Control Act.
