Transitional Provisions

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Regulation 4 above, any person who, at the date of the entry into force of these Regulations, is lawfully conducting any online gaming in or from within Belize shall, subject to subregulation. (2) below, be deemed to have been licensed under these Regulations. (2) A licence under subregulation (1) shall remain in force until the 31December, 2004.
