Revocation of licences

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 11 (1) of these Regulations, the Committee may, at any time, where it is satisfied that the licensee has acted in violation of the provisions of these Regulations or of any Regulations, or has been in breach of any terms and conditions of his licence, revoke the licence, but before such revocation, it shall give the licensee a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to make representationsProvided, however, that it shall not be necessary to afford an opportunity to the licensee to make representations in any case where it is convicted in a court of law of an offence under these Regulations.
