Interpretation
Gaming Control (Administrative Penalties) Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In these Regulations “Act” means the Gaming Control Act, Chapter 152;
“disciplinary violation” and “late payment penalty” have the meaning given in Part IIB of the Act.
