Drawing of additional cards by players and dealers

(1) A player may elect to draw additional cards whenever his point count total is less than 21 except that– (i) a player electing to double down shall draw one and only one additional card; (ii) a player splitting aces shall only have one card dealt to each Ace and may not elect to receive additional cards. Gaming Control 93 (2) A dealer shall draw additional cards to his hand until he has a hard or soft total of 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21 at which point no additional cards shall be drawn.
