Interpretation and applicability

(1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:- “the Act” means the Gaming Control Act; “the Board” means the Gaming Control Board established pursuant to section 4 of the Act; “Casino” means premises in respect of which a gaming licence is for the time being in force in respect of those premises. (2) A word or a phrase used in these Regulations but not specifically defined herein shall, if defined in the Act or in any other Regulations made under the Act, have the respective meaning assigned to it in the Act or in those Regulations. (3) These Regulations shall apply to licensed gaming premises which offer to their patrons the facilities of Casino 44 Gaming Control value and non value chips.
