Inspection procedures and security of roulette equipment

(1) Prior to opening a roulette table for daily gaming activity, a Casino Supervisor shall:- (a) inspect the roulette table and roulette wheel for any magnet or contrivance that would affect the fair operation of such wheel; (b) inspect the roulette wheel to assure that it is level and rotating freely and evenly; and (c) inspect the roulette ball by passing it over magnet to ensure its non-magnetic quality.
