Licence may be granted subject to conditions

When exercising its powers to grant licences to already existing hotels under section 6 of the Act and the Regulations, the Board may grant a licence subject to conditions requiring the licensee to make investments in the hotel, including related 20 Gaming Control to the improvement, expansion or establishment of the whole hotel or certain facilities therein, for the attraction, accommodation and comfort of the hotel’s guests and patrons, and such licence shall be ipso facto revoked if the licensee fails to comply with such conditions, or fails to comply with such conditions within a time specified in the licence.
