Application fee and processing fee

(1) Every applicant for a gaming licence under these Regulations shall pay to the Board in advance a non-refundable application fee of five thousand dollars (BZ$5,000.00). fee. (2) Every application for a licence or permission to import or export gaming machines or parts thereof, or for the relocation of gaming machines or tablets from one gaming premises or establishment to another, shall be accompanied by a processing fee of fifty dollars (BZ$50.00) per gaming machine or table, as the case may be.
