Duration and form of licence
Gaming Control (Gaming Machines) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) A licence issued under these Regulations shall be valid from the date of issue to 31st March next ensuring and may be renewed upon payment of the annual renewal fee per gaming machine set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations.
Third Schedule.
(2) A licence issued under these Regulations shall be in the form set out in the Third Schedule.
