Requirements for approved establishment

(1) Where a licence is granted under these Regulations, the Board shall specify the establishment and the particular area therein where such machine is to be kept, and such establishment shall be situated not less than 300 feet from any school or church. (2) A licensee shall not remove any gaming machine from the establishment and area so specified without the prior written permission of the Board. (3) Where the Board grants permission for relocation of a gaming machine from one establishment to another, an administrative fee of one thousand dollars (BZ$1,000.00) shall be payable to the Board by the Licensee. (4) A licensee shall not allow any person to access or use a gaming machine except between the hours of 5 pm and midnight on any day.
