Commencement of Chapter 152

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 26 of the Gaming Control Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH H. FONSECA, Minister of Budget Planning and Management, Economic Development, Investment and Trade, and Minister responsible for gaming, do hereby appoint the 1st day of June, 1999 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
