(1) Subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), the Board may impose such conditions as it considers appropriate on any gaming licence issued or approval granted. (5) The Board may, upon giving reasonable written notice to a licensee, at any time– (a) vary or revoke a condition imposed under sub- section (1); or (b) impose new conditions on the gaming licence or approval. (6) A licensee may apply to the Board in writing for a condition to be revoked or varied and, if the Board is satisfied that the condition is no longer necessary or should be varied, it may revoke or vary the condition. (7) If the Board revokes or varies a condition or imposes a new condition, the licensee shall, if requested to do so by the Board, deliver its gaming licence to the Board for re-issue.
