Other means of recovery of tax

(1) The gaming tax may be recovered as a debt due to the Government of Belize from the licensee, as well as by the means provided for by sections 11, 12 and 13. (2) In any proceedings under this section, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Commissioner certifying the amount of tax due shall be regarded as prima facie evidence of that fact. 41 PART IIIA
