Maintenance of records

(1) Every licensee shall keep and maintain such record of the amount collected in respect of gaming as the Minister may by Regulations provide. (2) The Commissioner shall have the power to enter gaming premises and to require the production to him by the proprietor 39 thereof, of such documents as he may reasonably require in order to ascertain the amount of tax due.
